Firstly, thank you for all of your assistance in organising our 1.5 days at Hatfield Oak Hotel and being patient with me having to reschedule my many planned visits. I arrived at the hotel at 7.30 on the Tuesday and went to the conference room to find everything set up. The conference room was a great space for what we needed.
On the second day, we had to bring the tea, coffee and cookies forward to 10:30 rather than our initially planned time which we appreciated. I think everyone is now in love with the cookies! The food was great and I have heard a lot of great feedback for both our lunch and evening meal. Service in the evening was great and when I finally got everyone out of the bar and sat down for the meal, the starters came out straight away.
Finally I just want to add that one person in particular was a great help every time I went to reception to ask a question, but unfortunately I can’t remember her name - please can you pass on my thanks as she was an absolute star.
I want to thank you so much for making my daughter's first birthday the most memorable event. I must say the service was wonderful, helpful and very efficient. I felt most welcome even though I was scared to host a children party. You were excellent with communication. I want to thank you for making my daughter first birthday a fantastic event.
Thank you for all your help with organising the dinner event for us. Feedback from guests have been very positive. Many commented on how friendly and pleasant the venue was. And everyone talked about how much they enjoyed the sticky toffee pudding! I would like to say a big thank you to you in particular for making this event a success.

Please convey my thanks to your staff who served us so well at our Annual Presentation Lunch on Saturday. The room looked lovely and tables were beautifully presented. I am also pleased to say that the food was excellent and at last we had suitable portions on our plates. There was a bit of a delay between courses, but the food arrived hot and tasty.

Thank you for the lovely Gourmet Burgers we had today. Our party absolutely loved the burgers, the portions were huge, the burgers were excellent and filling and full of flavour. Loved the wedges - they were cooked perfectly, and the best coleslaw I've ever had. Definitely recommend it for the price. We'll be back 100%!

I’m sorry I have taken so long to thank you and your team for all the help you gave me to organise and host the CIPS event last week. There were no noise issues on the day and any last minute changes e.g. I asked for the food table to be brought inside the meeting room to aid networking and reduce disturbances to your other guests, were acted upon immediately. Little touches by your team like providing foil for our speakers to take some left-over food home, as they had to travel back to Hampshire, all added to the quality of service provided. Overall it was a great evening at a great venue.

Overall we were happy with our event. The food was good, soup was delicious and hot, crostini looked pretty and was tasty, lamb and Turkey were well presented, well cooked and of good portion sizes. Apple pie and chocolate cake also good.
The Orchard Room looked pretty.

Everyone whom I have spoken to has said it was a fantastic evening, the hotel was lovely and just the right size for our needs and the people who stayed loved the suites. Probably one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in.
Can you please give thanks to Jason who looked after us and to your assistant manager (sorry I have forgotten his name) both done a sterling job that night.
All in all it was a great event and should we do another one next year and if you would have us, we would love to come back.

We recently organised a ball to be held in the hotel for over 100 people. The night went amazingly well and this was largely thanks to Jake, the events co-ordinator for ensuring the organisation went smoothly and the staff during the evening.
