It is not the normal approach to book your wedding venue without physically visiting it, but as that is proving more challenging for our wonderful Bride and Bridegrooms to come to Mercure Hatfield Oak Hotel at the moment, our ‘virtual wedding show round’ is the next best thing.

Have your ideal dates and timings ready for your show round if not beforehand. We can then tailor your show round to down to the detail of the season, from your choice of arrival drink, seasonal menu options through to your beautiful table decorations.

Wedding Open Evenings 2021
We normally used to hold a wedding evening on one Thursday each month, but at the moment dates for 2021 will need to be be confirmed nearer the time, so please call us for details.
5.30pm - 7.30pm
Free entry and car parking
Our monthly Wedding Open Day allows us to dress up the hotel, present our function suites in their full glory and, of course, show you how perfect your day could be. There are no exhibition stands and no heavy selling - just an opportunity for you to look around the venue and speak to one of our wedding team members about your plans. There will also be a venue stylist at hand at all our evening events to help create your wedding ideas.
Booking is not normally required but please check with us before travelling. If you do let us know you are coming, we can discuss what we will be showing and may be able to arrange the setting to make sure you see the features that you are particularly interested in.
