Pet Policy

A selection of our rooms can accommodate dogs – please contact the hotel direct to book or check availability.

Charge of £20 per dog per night. Maximum of 2 pets permitted per room.

Please make sure pet’s waste is cleaned up. The guest accepts full responsibility for their pets. Mercure Hatfield does not accept liability. Owner of the pet must be present and the pet must be removed or restrained whilst any hotel employee is in the guest room.

Pets are not permitted in the restaurant except for guide dogs.
