Thankyou for the lovely Gourmet Burgers we had today. Our party absolutely loved the burgers, the portions was huge, the burgers we're excellent and filling and full of flavour, loved the wedges they were cooked perfectly and excellent fresh tasty coleslaw, the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend it for the price. We'll be back 100%!

All of our guests had a great time..everything went to plan, the award ceremony in the Beech room kick started a great night..the long table was fab enabling us to all sit together  and the sprouts were served to perfection!

I’m sorry I have taken so long to thank you and your team for all the help you gave me to organise and host the CIPS event last week. There were no noise issues on the day and any last minute changes e.g. I asked for the food table to be brought inside the meeting room to aid networking and reduce disturbances to your other guests, were acted upon immediately. Little touches by your team like providing foil for our speakers to take some left-over food home, as they had to travel back to Hampshire, all added to the quality of service provided. Overall it was a great evening at a great venue.

Overall we were happy with our event. The food was good, soup was delicious and hot, crostini looked pretty and was tasty, lamb and Turkey were well presented, well cooked and of good portion sizes. Apple pie and chocolate cake also good.

The Orchard Room looked pretty.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I have had loads of feedback following Saturday. 

Everyone whom I have spoken to has said it was a fantastic evening, the hotel was lovely and just the right size for our needs and the people who stayed loved the suites. Probably one of the nicest hotel rooms I have stayed in.   

Can you please give thanks to Jason who looked after us and to your assistant manager (sorry I have forgotten his name) both done a sterling job that night.
